·       Treat your employees with respect and pay accordingly.

·       Split up AIM in elementary;1-3/4-5. Socially/academically unacceptable.

·       Come do my job for 1wk; plan, grade, emails/calls &all duties thrown @ us daily. Now, who deserves the raise?

·       Please have leniency on teachers when scores aren’t good because our current program driven district is setting the kids up for failure.

·       If something is not broken, do not fix it. You’re going to lose more sped personnel if you don't move to keep them.

·       I have nothing to say to her and she wouldn’t care if I did.

·       It’s how you treat your employees. They are your biggest asset. Treat them right.

·       I’m a public school teacher and my kids are homeschooled. Ask me why!

·       Micromanagement is no substitute for a clear vision.

·       Stop lying and overworking your teachers. Stop replacing teachers with permanent substitutes. Students need CERTIFIED teachers to teach them.

·       Remember that your students and your staff members are individuals with different needs, not just data.

·       You talk to us and say there will be support yet we don’t see it.

·       Using a scripted resource takes all the fun out of both teaching and learning.

·       Value your people. WE make you look good!

·       Give teachers a reason to want to work at EPISD.
